About Us
Total Property Refurbishment has three Directors. Paul Smith, Aniko Smith and Laszlo Besenyei. We all live and work in Scotland.
Paul has been investing in the UK property market since 1982. These investments have ranged from single properties for himself to multi-million pound investments for a number of different companies.
Aniko Smith is a qualified accountant with property expertise and experience. Paul and Aniko together own a portfolio of buy-to-let properties.
Laszlo Besenyei is a time-served and qualified tradesman with over 20 years experience. He is our project manager and working foreman. Both Laszlo and Aniko are Hungarian and have excellent connections to a vast array of the very best Hungarian tradesmen.
For each project we engage the best tradesmen in Hungary and fly them over using Ryanair or Easyjet, both of which have many cheap flights to the UK from Budapest every week to Prestwick, Glasgow and Edinburgh..
The tradesmen are here to work and normally do ten hours per day, or more if needed.
We pay very fair rates and our customers are rewarded with excellent work, done without breaks or leaving to start other jobs at extremely competitive rates.
