"We used Total Property Refurbishment to undertake a reasonably extensive reorganisation of rooms within our house. After receiving planning permission and a building warrant, TPR built the new Utility room, bathroom, and relocated the back door. Once those were complete, the old utility was demolished and the kitchen space enlarged. In addition, we had all the affected rooms downstairs rewired and the central heating completely replaced with a modern, efficient Combi Boiler and all the pipework changed.

We managed to time the most disruptive elements of the work whilst we were away on holiday for a week but otherwise, they were always prompt to start and efficient in carrying out the work. We undertook all the work on a competitive hourly rate for which they worked a solid 9 hr day excl lunch. Overall, we have been very happy with the standard and efficiency of their work and have a further stage to undertake in the coming months. "
